  • Deployed Java microservices on GKE; owned Jenkins + Harness CI/CD pipelines end-to-end.
  • Built a Bash-based data quality framework (BigQuery + OCIS APIs) that proactively flags missing fields before they hit customers.
  • Fully automated interest rate change workflows — eliminated manual ops and wired business-owned ServiceNow tickets directly to Thought Machine Vault via YAML pipelines.
  • Handled L2/L3 production incidents, RCAs, and resolving critical incidents.
